A minimum of 24 hours is required for the cancellation of all Treatments.
A fee of 50% of the value of the Treatment will apply and is non-refundable,non-transferable.

| Spa Ettiquette |
|
• Please arrive at the Spa a minimum of 5 minutes prior to your Treatment
• Please ensure your molbile is on silent throughtout relaxation treatments.
• Loose comfortable/dark clothing to be worn for all Spray Tanning Treatments

- A full consultation will take place prior to any body or skin treatment.Please advise us of any allergies or injuries (as our treatment rooms are located on the 2nd floor for those who are unable to walk up stairs) Thankyou.

| Gift Vouchers |
|
All Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within the month specified. All of our Gift
Vouchers are valid for a six months.
Gift Vouchers are only redeemable on Treatment Services.
No discounts available on the purchase of a gift voucher and are not redeemable for cash.

Parking is available free for 2 hours in Broadway lane and Victoria Rd. Parking meter applies on Burke road.
